CA-WN has monthly online General Meetings, open to all – new faces are particularly welcome. Our first General Meeting of 2023 is on Thursday 19 January at 7:45 pm. The more formal part of the meeting will end promptly at 9, after that we usually have a few minutes informal chat for anyone who wants to stay a bit longer.
If you’re not able to make the meeting, we publish and circulate full meeting notes.
This year we are planning to have more guest speakers at our meetings and I’m really pleased to let you know that our first guest will be Dr Paul Slater, Consultant Anaesthetist and Clinical Director, Theatres, Anaesthetics and Critical Care, Northampton General Hospital NHS Trust.
Paul will be speaking to us about ‘The Challenges of creating a sustainable NHS’. This promises to be a really interesting topic that I suspect most people know very little about.
